olyurethane Foam (PUF) panel is a layer of material that is sandwiched between GI metal sheets. These panels have many applications and are generally used for making living shelters, especially prefabricated homes, and portable cabins.

Thickness: PUF panels are available in a range of thicknesses, typically ranging from 30mm to 150mm.

Density: PUF panels have a high-density foam core that provides excellent thermal insulation properties. The density of the foam core is typically around 40kg/m³ to 50kg/m³.

Thermal Conductivity: The thermal conductivity of PUF panels is typically around 0.022 W/mK to 0.023 W/mK, making them an excellent choice for buildings that require high levels of thermal insulation.

Installation: PUF panels are easy to install and can be used for both new construction and renovation projects.
